What Types of Coaching Are Available at 7partharmony?

1.5 hour virtual get to know you Coaching Session: Is needed prior to meeting your coach, for all coaching session types. We invite all client’s or guardian’s to fill out a helpful questionnaire previous to the intake session. Then you and your new coach will meet and go over the questions together. This is a great time for you to size up your new coach and decide if they are a good fit for you! It is vital that you feel safe and comfortable with your coach.
Individual Adult Coaching I: Based on an inter-disciplinary psychodynamic techniques, designed to help clients progress while resolving long-term central issues. Virtual or In Person
Individual Adult Coaching II: This coaching is for those who feel victimized or betrayed. It is a more spiritually based coaching creating a safe and loving environment in which to heal.
Individual Teen or Early Adolescent Coaching: This coaching is based on concepts of respect, autonomy, and parental scaffolding. This type of coaching is best for youth suffering from diagnosed or undiagnosed ADD or ADHD. Youth are only excepted as clients in conjunction with additional parent and parent child coaching. Youth must be at least 7 years old.
Couples Coaching I: Based on Emotion Focus Therapy Principles and is not offered virtually.
Couples Coaching II: Based on Lead Follow principles found in dance partnering techniques and philosophy.
All retreats follow the same schedule format: Friday late afternoon and evening and all day Saturday. Pricing includes meals but does not include sleeping accommodations near the venue.

Initial Coaching Session
These are virtual coaching sessions only and a great time to determine if you will work well with your coach:). It is important that you feel your coach is a good fit for you! Following this session you can decide weather you want to continue on a session by session basis or if you are comfortable with moving to our Premium Coaching Sessions. You can switch to Premium Sessions any time according to availability.
